I’m Mindy — creative mentor, movement facilitator, curator, and guide…nice to meet you. I use ‘guide’ intentionally, as I will not coach or speak to giving advice, but gently nudge you along as you deepen a relationship to yourself, letting you receive your own answers, in your own time. For you, I am an unwavering space holder in the exploration of the human experience. Yours. Mine. Ours.

I best find my answers through deep listening, movement of the body, and the continuous inspiration of natural wonders of the world — oceans, trees, people, and places. Simple Pleasures.

Blending a love for curated design with self-discovery and human nature, I’ve always been curious about how outer beauty and wealth can co-exist with a rich inner world. My experience comes from 10+ years within overlapping fashion, wellness, and creative fields, but mostly from life itself. I’ve been culturally around the world and around the block of the creative and mindful scene, studying and working amongst the creme da le creme of teachers— but credentials don’t mean much these days…integration and personal experience carry much more weight. Anyone can go through training, but it’s what you do with it that matters.

Here’s what I know….all through lived-in experience. 

I’ve lost every cent to my name and (finally) discovered what true wealth and prosperity mean (it’s not money). I’ve mended a lifelong contentious relationship with my mother and realized that she was never my harshest critic, I was (unworthiness is generational). The moment I started listening to my intuition and simultaneously telling the truth with my own voice, I became free, entering into a dimension of self-wholeness I never knew existed (honest communication with self and others is the most powerful tool to possess). For a long time, I resisted forging a relationship with GOD (divinity, universe, spirit…whatever you want to call it), but when I leaned on forces outside of myself, my life became substantially deeper and richer (spiritual living is a lifelong practice of humbling yourself to listen, learn and try again…not be holier than thou). I speak the language of woo-woo in a very real way, not by the way of fluffy metaphors. 

Time and time again, the mysterious unfolding of life has proven to me that how you do anything is how you do everything, and meeting yourself in the mess of life is what makes it interesting, precious, and full. Through mess, not perfection, is where we have opportunities to evolve, expand, explore, and strengthen our inner worlds of worth. An anchored and strong relationship to worthiness does, in fact, translate to outer richness. If you don’t have a healthy inner relationship, nothing on the external can really feel good.

Outside of making messes and following my natural instincts of curiosity, my specialty is creating beautiful things with depth and quality. I see life through the lens of richness — by connecting creativity with spiritual intent, all of life turns into an art form. My life (and what I wish for others) is one that is sacred, purposeful, vibrant by nature, and intentionally designed. I move in the direction of what moves me, especially when it comes to creative pursuits, and encourage others to do the same. Creativity is a spiritual act and must be treated as such (meet Liberté). The Liberté way is one of co-creation — letting it divinely unfold, just like life itself. It’s a way of not doing it ‘right’ but doing it how you want. With Liberté, you will be encouraged to walk a path of continuous prosperity and liberation — beginning from the inside out.
